programme will have a lot of physical action. Participants are advised
to come prepared with appropriate clothing.
* Stipends :
Self-sponsored participants may apply for a stipend, which reduces the
fee payable to Rs. 14,500/- (Service Tax will be charged extra). The
number of stipends is limited. Applications must reach us no later
than August 15, 2011 accompanied
with data that is likely to assist us in examining competing requests.
